This weekly course is within ‘Responsibility for Our Creation’ programme. Whether you join for single week(s) or commit to the full Spring 6-week programme, you'll learn to think freely, feel deeply, and see the world with newfound clarity.
Dismantle the story, liberate the creative force
During this week, we will give life to a journey of exploration toward an unconditional perception of oneself and of the other, free from judgments and from unresolved fragments of one’s personal biography. We call this exploratory matrix “Beyond Us.”
We will discover a natural capacity to cross beyond the Known in order to access the Beyond of the individual Self and the Beyond of the collective We. In simpler and more immediate terms, this means moving away from who we believe we are in order to access who we truly are. It is a refined process of authenticating the Self, beyond the residues of the ego and the cages of autobiographical attachments.
This is equivalent to transcending one’s personal story while freeing its creative force. Choosing to be responsible for what we enact, and therefore for what we bring into existence, makes it essential to navigate the turbulent waves of our emotional world. We will experience this with absolute honesty and awareness, gathering the precious lessons that emerge along the way.
How much truth are our steps capable of carrying?
How much are we willing to invest in ourselves and in what we deeply desire?
How willing are we to let go of the narrative that keeps us imprisoned in our personal comfort zone?
What do we truly want?
What are we avoiding?
What - and how much - are we willing to offer in order to receive what?
This week works precisely in the space where the Personal meets the Universal, and where the memory of the body becomes a more reliable guide than the analytical mind. Through movement work, meditation, and process-oriented practices, we will explore these questions in a fully experiential way.
By listening to the body and to the emotions that arise, we will encounter ourselves by embodying our deeper nature, which will reveal itself to us and to the “world” through the group. This energetic form becomes an ally - one that we are free to embody responsibly at any moment.
Among the tools explored through movement, we will work with martial arts, theatrical techniques, and meditative practices.
Positioned in the second week of the residential programme, this immersion lays the foundations for the entire journey by reactivating the power of one’s intimate Essence. It offers a reconnection to the roots of the Self and an uncompromising face-to-face encounter with one’s truths. Creating clarity in one’s life - proceeding with transparency and integrity - requires infinite effort and infinite creativity.
