The Autumn Courses
Turn inward in reflective and integrative explorations during this six-week Fall Edition.
What will I learn at TTS?
Through our two 6-week residential programmes, you will explore holistic living by working with the five bodies: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and astral. You’ll learn practical and embodied tools that support clarity, balance, and conscious decision-making.
You will deepen your connection to your body and the natural environment, strengthen emotional and mental awareness, and cultivate intuitive intelligence. You’ll also develop the capacity to create intentionally and to take responsibility for your choices, your well-being, and the reality you shape.
At TTS, learning is not just about receiving knowledge; it’s about integrating experience and embodying wisdom in everyday life.
Why should I come?
Reconnect with your essence and with the natural world, stepping out of conditioning.
Build inner stability and clarity, allowing your actions to arise from awareness rather than reaction.
Awaken your creative genius, and learn to shape your path with responsibility and purpose.
Bring harmony into your daily life through practical and energetic tools that support conscious living.
Be held by an intentional community, where authenticity, mutual support, and conscious creation create a field for growth.
