Raised in Tuscany by local farmers, she carries the ancestral Mediterranean wisdom of land, food and ritual. Today she revives these forgotten traditions, guiding others toward rooted, regenerative ways of living.

Satyamo Hernandez is a theatre director, musician, and arts counsellor with over 30 years of experience guiding others through self-inquiry, creativity, and embodied expression.
