This masterclass is part of the annual series of courses hosted by The Transmission School, where renowned teachers like Hanako share rare and profound wisdom. It is through the presence of such masters that the school attracts students from around the world, those who wish to learn through living transmission and embodied experience.

This journey takes place through the chakras located in the body along the spinal column, both in the physical anatomy and the spiritual anatomy.

We will discuss and practice together how to elevate the released themes related to happiness, health, and talent to a higher level, so that the connection with the infinite can take place.

  • 7:30 – Morning Practice: Qi Gong

  • 8:15–9:00 – Breakfast: Organic Vegetarian

  • 10:00–13:00 – Class with Hanako: (including a mid-morning break)

  • 13:00 – Lunch

  • 14:00–15:30 – Siesta / Integration Time

  • 15:30 – Afternoon Activity: Teaching, Practice, or Excursion

  • 19:00 – Dinner

  This schedule is designed to balance learning, practice, and integration, giving you space to fully absorb the teachings and enjoy the surroundings.

• About The Transmission School

  The Transmission School is a space for learning: embodied and multidimensional. We invite thinkers, researchers, and practitioners from different lineages of knowledge who challenge dominant paradigms and offer tools for navigating this moment in history with clarity and depth.

  In this spirit, Hanako, one of the founders of The Transmission School, is hosting her own standalone masterclass, with The Transmission School as the venue. While independent, the course retains the spirit of our residential programme, embracing embodied learning, multidimensional inquiry, and the transmission of living knowledge. Hanako also serves as a teacher within our residential programme, framed around the exploration of the Five Bodies, offering students a rare opportunity to engage with philosophy, movement, and practical application.

  Course Fee: €1800

  Accommodation & Meals
  Enjoy 7 nights from 10th to 17th October, including full board: breakfast, lunch, dinner, plus morning and afternoon breaks.

  Rates for the full stay:

  • Single room: €840

  • Double room: €665 per person

  • Triple room: €560 per person

  All prices include your accommodation, meals, and the entire duration of your stay.

• What’s Included

  • Shared or private accommodation in a beautiful communal home (private rooms may be available – first come, first served)

  • Three organic vegetarian meals a day, lovingly prepared (special diets accommodated, +€5/day for GF, VEGAN DAIRY and ALLERGY REQUIREMENT)

• What to Bring

  Once your place is confirmed, you’ll receive a more detailed list. But generally:

  • Comfortable clothes for movement practices

  • Layers for variable Spring weather

  • Water bottle, notebook

  • Personal toiletries and any essential supplements/meds

• About the Space

  Expect silence, olive trees, swimming pool, fresh air, shared bathrooms, and a lot of soul.

• Language

  The course and community experience will be held in English. While students come from all over the world, English will be our shared bridge for learning and connection.
