A Path of Awareness, Healing, and Relational Maturity

Many spiritual traditions suggest that we are entering a new era of consciousness.
This transition points toward a growing maturity of collective awareness and human relationships.
In its initial phase, however, it is often accompanied by confusion, uncertainty, and a sense of disorientation.

Precisely in times of complex transition such as the one we are living through, it becomes essential that relationships are stable, conscious, and well-rooted.
First as individuals, and then as couples, families, and communities, we are called to attune ourselves to this new level of consciousness in order to support one another, mirror one another, and evolve together with maturity and benevolence.

This teaching applies to every type of relationship, with a lover, a friend, a family member, a professional partner, or anyone who crosses our path.
Every relationship represents an opportunity for an inner journey, a process of refinement that leads toward a more conscious relationship with ourselves, with Life, and with Others.

During this week, we will work with the Relationship Matrix, a powerful cognitive map that reveals what happens when two human beings enter into relationship and give birth to a “child”, the relationship itself.
When this child is recognized and nourished, it holds the potential to bring healing, growth, and maturity both to the individuals involved and to the relationship as a whole.

The Relationship Matrix was gifted to us by the Elders of the Sweet Medicine Path of the Sun Dance as a tool for relational healing.
It is composed of ten faces, ten reflections of what is generated within a relationship.
The children represent the degree of self-investment each individual brings into the relationship.

Conscious investment allows each child to grow toward maturity, and the maturity of the child directly reflects the strength of healing present within the relationship itself.

The aim of the course is to offer a foundational understanding of how relationships function, explored through multiple perspectives:

• Psychological, through the understanding of relational dynamics and mechanisms of projection;

• Emotional, by developing presence, listening, and response-ability within the relational space;

• Evolutionary and spiritual, by recognizing relationship as a tool for the growth and transformation of consciousness.

The work with the Relationship Matrix and its Children unfolds through the sharing of knowledge, experiential exercises, role play, and ceremonies, including the Shamanic Purification Lodge, to support processes of integration, awareness, and deep transformation.

  • 7:15 – Morning Practice (garden meditation, qigong, or yoga)

  • 8:15 – Organic Vegetarian Breakfast

  • 9:00 – Love in Action (communal care for the space and the garden)

  • 10:00–13:00 – Class

  • 13:00 – Lunch

  • 14:00–15:30 – Siesta / Integration Time

  • 15:30 – Class

  • 19:00 – Dinner

  Evening – Community Time, music, or quiet rest

  “Love in Action” time (9:00–9:40), when all students take part in small tasks to keep the space beautiful—whether that’s harvesting vegetables, sweeping, or freshening up the bathrooms.

  For single-week students, we recommend planning your departure for Sunday afternoon (either with your own car or using our shuttle service), after our marvellous closing brunch, or on Monday morning (check out at 10 a.m.)

• About The Transmission School

  The Transmission School is a space for learning: embodied and multidimensional. We invite thinkers, researchers, and practitioners from different lineages of knowledge who challenge dominant paradigms and offer tools for navigating this moment in history with clarity and depth.

  Through direct transmission, physical practices, shared inquiry, and encounters with the land, space holders and the teacher of the week will guide us through a week of deep experience.

• How To Contribute

  External participants (one-week only):

  • Standard Price: €1,500

  • Reduced Price : €1,200 (upon request, based on financial need)

  Full 6-week programme students:

  • With scholarship: €600/week

  • Without scholarship: €750/week

  • Contribute to our scholarship fund, allowing others to join who otherwise couldn't afford it: €900/week

  Priority is given to students enrolled in the full programme.
  Very limited spots are available for one-week-only participants.

• Cancellations & Contribution

  • To reserve your spot, we ask for a 20% deposit
    

  • Contributions are transferable but not refundable
    

    • If you cancel and someone you know takes your place, that’s fine, otherwise you lose your deposit
      

    • However, if cancellation occurs less than a month before the course and you've secured a bedroom, the deposit will not be refunded
      

  • Full payment due before arrival (unless arranged otherwise)

• What’s Included

  • Shared accommodation in a beautiful communal home (private rooms may be available for weekly students – first come, first served)

  • Three organic vegetarian meals a day, lovingly prepared (special diets accommodated, +€5/day for single-week guests)

  • Full access to all teachings, experiences, and community life

  • Shuttle service for full-time programme students (see below for others)

  We offer an optional shuttle service from/to:

  • Florence Airport

  • Pisa Airport

  • Pontedera Train Station

  Note: we can coordinate a shared transfer with other participants, which will allow them to split the fare.

• What to Bring

  Once your place is confirmed, you’ll receive a more detailed list. But generally:

  • Comfortable clothes for movement practices

  • Layers for variable season weather

  • Water bottle, notebook

  • Garden/work clothes (for hands-on Earth activities)

  • Musical instruments welcome

  • Personal toiletries and any essential supplements/meds

• About the Space

  More info about the house, land, and environment will be shared once you’re in the booking process. Expect silence, olive trees, fresh air, shared bathrooms, and a lot of soul.

• Language

  The course and community experience will be held in English. While students come from all over the world, English will be our shared bridge for learning and connection.
