Pushpa - Camille Cazac

Meet Pushpa, a multifaceted visionary and the director of the Transmission School in Tuscany. With a diverse skill set encompassing event planning, culinary expertise, counseling, and holistic therapy, Pushpa brings a unique blend of talents to our leadership retreat.
But her journey goes beyond her impressive resume. Born in England but raised in the beautiful region of Tuscany, Pushpa has a deep connection to the land and the ancient wisdom and culture of the local farmers. From her early childhood, she was initiated into the Tuscan ancient ways, learning from the true Mediterranean "shamans" who were the keepers of forgotten traditions.

Judith Volker

Judith's passion for exploring alternative approaches to leadership and her commitment to constant learning and growth make her a valuable asset to the hospitality industry and beyond. She brings a fresh perspective and innovative ideas that can inspire professionals to lead their teams and organisations with authenticity and purpose.
In addition to her extensive background in hotel management, hotel construction management, event organisation, marketing, and communication, Judith Volker is also deeply passionate about redefining leadership. She believes that leadership can be approached in a different and more impactful way.

What is included?

  • 3 meals per day (This price includes Breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea\coffee breaks – all meals are vegetarian and prepared with organic and as much as possible with locally produced food | bed linen | towels | homemade organic hand soap and shower soap | use of the outdoor swimming pool. A former Franciscan monastery in the heart of Tuscany dates back to the 1500s. In modern times, for the past 35 years, it has been a peace-based foundation and an ecological & spiritual community. Podere Fiorli is a welcoming Tuscan farmhouse with an olive grove, vineyard, expansive fields and vegetable garden.
