Pushpa is the director of the Amapachamama Foundation, a chef, counsellor and long-time community leader. Raised in Tuscany by local farmers, she carries the ancestral Mediterranean wisdom of land, food and ritual. Today she revives these forgotten traditions, guiding others toward rooted, regenerative ways of living.
